Newlin Hastings is the founder of Hastings Enterprises, a commercial real estate company that merged with Pacifica Realty in 2008. Founded in 1989 and based in Paso Robles, Hastings Enterprises helped to shape the character of Paso Robles through its industrial brokerage services and retail and public development projects including the Granary, the historic Train Depot, the Food 4 Less Center and most recently the Gateway Center at First and Spring Streets. Newlin’s real estate career began in 1974 in development brokerage in Western Massachusetts. Moving to Paso Robles in 1979, Newlin was a founding partner in Coldwell Banker Western Properties, one of the first independently owned offices under the Coldwell Banker brand. With a sincere interest in community, sports, redevelopment of historic structures, economic development and the nurturing of new and innovative commercial real estate projects, Newlin remains vitally involved in the Paso Robles community and the greater Central Coast region.

Corban Holland joined Pacifica in 2007 as a Sales Agent based in the Paso Robles office. Corban quickly developed a loyal clientele who appreciated his ability to successfully negotiate new leases, complete building and property purchases, and close 1031 exchange transactions. He was honored as top producer for the commercial division of Pacifica Paso Robles in 2013. He holds a degree in finance from Oral Roberts University. Corban grew up in San Luis Obispo and his family owns Holland Construction, builder and operator of the new Holiday Inn Express in Atascadero and contractor for numerous development projects on the Central Coast. Prior to entering the commercial real estate business, Holland taught bilingual elementary school in Honduras for more than three years as part of the Hurricane Mitch Relief effort. Paul Shannon, Managing Director Wine Division

Paul Shannon Joined the team at Pacifica Wine Division in 2014. He has a background in Internet marketing, and business development and was one of the developers of the Pacifica Wine Division. Paul brings in a vast knowledge of Search Engine Optimization, Social media and email marketing. “My goal is to expand the reach of our listings locally and statewide through the internet. The world is getting smaller and the ability to reach buyers on multiple levels is a huge benefit going forward” Paul recently quoted in an interview. Paul is working to implement multi media into all of Pacifica’s listing from custom web pages with Ariel videos and high value content with the one goal of getting your property in front of qualified buyers.
He comes from a family with a long history in the Real Estate Sector. His father, Richard Shannon owns a successful real estate brokerage company in Atascadero and his grandfather headed a local title company. Quite simply, real estate is in his blood. As a native to the Central Coast, he knows the ins and outs of the community and the people who live here. He graduated from San Diego State University with a BS in Entrepreneurship. Paul currently resides in Atascadero with his Wife Kenna and their 2 dogs.
